Orders and payment

You pay cash on delivery when your order arrives. We may call you to confirm the order before shipping it.

Delivery

The delivery fee is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel an order while it is pending, from the order tracking page or by contacting us. For problems with a delivered product, contact us and we will sort it out together.
